Being a part of team is such an extraordinary experience. At Arden Hills our teams work together, train together, socialize together, and cultivate lasting relationships. It's a special thing to be a part of a team, and at Arden Hills our swimmers experience that to the full extent.
Hear it from current and former Arden Hills Swimmers:"I joined the Arden Hills USA swim team when I was seven years old and continued until I graduated high school and moved on to study at the University of California, Davis. My ten year experience on the USA swim team not only helped me reach my full potential as a swimmer and an athlete, but provided me with friendships and skills that will last a lifetime. Over the years, my coaches challenged me to become the motivated, focused, and competitive person I am today; qualities that continue to help me attain my future goals and achievements beyond the pool."
"My time in the national group at Arden Hills was one of the most memorable of my life. The experience taught me how to train hard on a daily basis, to manage my time efficiently outside of the pool, allowed me to enjoy traveling to different parts of the country to compete, but most importantly it was the building of lasting friendships with my teammates. My time in the national group helped prepare me to take the next step to college."
"My time spent swimming for Arden Hills continues to be one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. Swimming for Coach Brian Nabeta in the national group not only gives you the opportunity to reach whatever goals you have in the pool, but gives you important character assets such as discipline, work ethic and responsibility which helps in life outside of swimming. Through this team I was able to represent my country, race among Olympians and meet some of my best friends along the way. Coach Brian, as well as all the other members of the coaching staff, are fully committed to making sure you succeed in the pool and in academics as well. With their help many of the members swimming in the national group go on to compete at the collegiate level. Arden Hills was the best place for me to swim growing up and continues to be one of the top programs in the nation."
