Personal & Group Training

Private, Semi-Private and Group Training

Our certified personal trainers and strength and conditioning specialists offer personal training sessions in which they can assist you in achieving your fitness goals. Sessions are by appointment only and can be scheduled at a time convenient for you.

Private 30 Minutes 4, 8 or 12 $35
Private 60 Minutes 4, 8 or 12 $50
Semi-Private 30 Minutes (2-3) 4, 8 or 12 $30
Semi-Private 60 Minutes (2-3) 4, 8 or 12 $40
Group Training 30 Minutes (4+) 4, 8 or 12 $25
Group Training 60 Minutes (4+) 4, 8 or 12 $30

Personal Program Design

Our team can create a personalized four-week training program designed to help you achieve your fitness goals. You will have a one-hour session, with the personal trainer or strength coach of your choice, during which you will learn to perform all the exercises in your personalized program with proper technique and load. You will then implement your four-week program and conclude with a follow up session with your coach to recap your training and make any changes for the following training cycle.

Sports Specific Group Training

Sports specific strength & conditioning classes are offered seasonally as well as year round and focus on developing athletes of any sport and increasing their sports performance. Athletes become proficient at the Olympic lifts (snatch, clean & jerk) as well as other squats, presses, and pulls to develop explosive power and strength. Plyometrics, running technique drills, and foot speed exercises are emphasis in every class. This is the perfect seasonal or year round program for every athlete competing in any sport.

NSCA Continued Education Clinics

Our coaching team hosts an annual National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA) sanctioned continued education clinic offering continued education units (credits) to other fitness/strength & conditioning professionals. Topics range from program design for mountain sports and nutrition to intermediate USA Olympic weightlifting and cardiovascular training.
