Sarah Boggs BS NSCA-CPT – Head Personal Trainer

Sarah Boggs grew up in Vallejo, California, where she went to school and found passion as a gymnast at a young age. She began gymnastics at the age of four and began competing at the age of eight. Once retired from gymnastics Sarah focused on her academics. In 2005 she graduated from Vallejo Senior High School at the top of her class with California Scholarship Federation honors and a 4.2 GPA. Her dream was to go to Stanford and compete on their gymnastics team however a series of injuries kept that from happening.

After high school Sarah attended CSU Sacramento and majored in kinesiology with an emphasis in exercise science. Sarah began working at Arden Hills in 2007 as a front desk attendant and worked her way up the ranks over the following years. She is now an NSCA Certified Personal Trainer and is the Head Personal Trainer for the Arden Hills Strength & Fitness team.

She started out her college career thinking she wanted to work with professional athletes and has since changed her course to follow her passion and work with the general population. Sarah is very passionate about her career and her family. She is driven to learn as much as she can in this industry and is always looking for conferences to attend and different ways to earn Continued Education Units. She loves sports and her lifelong favorite teams are the San Francisco Giants and the San Francisco 49ers (thanks to her Dad).
