Because spa services are reserved especially for you, and as a courtesy to our other clients and to our staff, we require a 24-hour advance notice when canceling or rescheduling an individual appointment and a 10-day advance notice for reservations of three or more people. Appointments canceled or rescheduled in less than the required time will be charged 100% of the value of the scheduled treatments.
Should I make reservations for my treatments?
Yes, either call or visit the spa reception desk to make reservations at your earliest convenience. A credit card number is required in order to guarantee reservations for resort guests. We suggest booking your services at least one week in advance so that we can better accommodate your needs.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule a spa reservation?
We hope that you do not have to cancel or reschedule, but in the event that you do, to avoid charges, please honor our 24-hour for cancellation/rescheduling policy. No-shows or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full value of the service(s). Spa parties must cancel/reschedule no later than 10 days prior to the scheduled date of the party.
What should I wear?
Wear whatever is comfortable. We will provide you with a robe and slippers before entering the spa. We do not recommend wearing loose jewelry during your treatment as it may hinder the quality of your service. During treatments, our therapists are trained to drape you appropriately for privacy.
When should I arrive?
We suggest you arrive no later than 30 minutes prior to your reserved time. If you are late, please be aware that you will only receive the remaining time of your scheduled service as to not inconvenience the next scheduled guest.
Should I bring my valuables?
For the safety of your valuables, we suggest that you do not bring them with you into the spa. We cannot assume any liability for valuables. There are lockers available in the locker room.
It is my first time to The Spa, what can I expect?
We require that all first-time guests arrive no later than 30 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment. First-time Spa Guests must complete a health history form in order to receive a service.
What is proper etiquette within The Spa?
The ambiance is peaceful and tranquil for optimum relaxation. We require that you speak in hushed tones, and that any electronic devices be turned off and left in your locker.
May I request a specific technician?
Yes, however, we cannot guarantee the availability of any particular technician. We practice the highest form of team service, and the skills of our entire team are available to you. Although each technician may vary slightly in technique, we are highly confident that we will be able to accommodate your needs.
Is it appropriate to tip?
Gratuity may be given at the time of check out in appreciation for outstanding services provided by your technician. A customary and appreciative amount to tip is between 15% and 20% of the service(s) received. Gratuities are not included within the price.
May I bring my children with me to the Spa?
The Spa does not accommodate children while you are receiving treatments. However, members may use resort daycare facilities during their spa visit. Be sure to check Kids Korner
hours when making your reservation.
Are there any age restrictions?
Clients must be 18 and over to use the spa. We do have Teen Wednesdays, however restrictions do apply. Spa locker room amenities are available only to those over the age of 21.
What is “Teen Wednesdays”?
On Wednesdays, young adults 12-17 years of age may enjoy manicures, pedicures, facials and facial waxing. A parent or legal guardian must be present to sign the health history form and to check their child in for the scheduled appointment.
May I bring a friend to accompany me to the Spa?
All guests must have a scheduled spa service to gain access to The Spa. However, your friend can book an appointment to enjoy The Spa with you pending availability.
What is your return policy on products and gift cards?
The Spa does not refund or exchange any product purchases. Gift cards may not be refunded or exchanged for cash.
