Personal Program Design ($125.00)
Our certified strength & conditioning specialists can create a personalized six week training program designed to help you achieve your fitness goals. You will have a one hour session, with the strength coach of your choice, during which you will learn to perform all the exercises in your personalized program with proper technique and load. You will then implement your six week program and conclude with a follow up session with your coach to recap your training and make any changes for the following training cycle.

All of our coaches have earned at least a bachelors degree in a fitness related field; such as Kinesiology, Exercises Science, or Physical Education. Our coaches are current or former collegiate athletes competing in events such as: track and field’s hammer throw & javelin throw, competitive weight lifting, and football. All of our coaches are National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA) members and participate in at least 20 hours of continued education every two years attending clinics, obtaining certifications, or earning degrees.
