Policies
- Children aged 3 months to 9 years are welcome in Kids Korner.
- Children aged 3-5 months may use Kids Korner for a limit of sixty minutes and only with a reservation.
- Children aged 6-11 months may use Kids Korner for a limit of ninety minutes and only with a reservation.
- Children aged 12 months to 9 years may use Kids Korner for up to two hours.
- Children aged 12 months to 9 years may use Kids Korner for three hours but only with a reservation.
- Reservations are required at least twenty-four hours in advance by calling (916) 480-1165
- Walk-ins will not be accepted when Kids Korner is full.
- Parents must not leave Club premises while their children are in Kids Korner.
- If a child is not completely potty trained, he/she must wear a diaper while in Kids Korner.
- Illness: For the comfort and protection of all children and staff, we require ailing children to be left at home. Should a child appear ill, we will contact a parent and request that they be removed from Kids Korner.
- Food: No outside food may be brought inside Kids Korner. This includes personal snacks, which should be left at home in consideration of other children’s potential food allergies.
- Incident reports: An incident report is prepared in the event of a child hurting themselves or another child. Inappropriate or malevolent behavior may also warrant an incident report. We require the parent(s) of the child to review and sign the incident report. If three or more incidents occur with the same child, Arden Hills reserves the right to suspend the child from Kids Korner.
- Reservations: Reservations are accepted one week prior to the desired appointment and no later than twenty-four hours in advance. All reservations and walk-ins must leave a drop-off and pick-up time. Reservations are held for fifteen minutes, after which they are considered a “no show”. No show appointments are charged a flat fee of $5 per incident.
- All cancellations must be made twenty-four hours in advance of the scheduled appointment.
Hours of Operation
Monday through Friday: 8:00am to 7:30 pm
Saturday: 8:00am to 2:00 pm
Sunday: 9:00 am to 12:00 pm
