Watermelon and Tomato Salad

Watermelon and Tomato Salad Recipe

1 watermelon, peeled and cut into chunks
6 heriloom tomatoes (assorted colors and sizes), cut up
A bunch of mint or basil leaves, chopped or whole
2 tablespoons red onion, sliced
4 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
Feta cheese, crumbled
Coarse sea salt and pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients in large bowl and chill at least 20 minutes before serving.
