“Fitness is Fun” Summer Camps for Kids of All Ages
With a variety of day camps for children of all ages that start as early as mid-June (but some that stagger through the summer months), Arden Hills Resort Club & Spa is proud to announce an exciting new “Fitness is Fun” summer camp program filled with activities that are both fun and also focused on overall wellness of the mind and body.
Offering a safe and beautifully maintained 100,000-square-foot facility complete with a spectacular Aquatic Center showcased by a five-lane Olympic 50-meter pool and 12 amazing tennis courts, teaching and achieving overall wellness is the foundation of the philosophy at Arden Hills Resort Club & Spa. And the new “Fitness is Fun” summer camp program provides an opportunity for Sacramento area children to spend their summer enjoying fun sports and crafts while experiencing the benefits of wellness-related activities.
Many summer camps at Arden Hills are open for enrollment by community members and costs range by activity and length of program. A few of the available “Fitness is Fun” summer camp offerings include the following:
Kids Korner Summer Camp (Ages 3-6)
With spirited themes that vary by each week, the Kids Korner Summer Camp offers a variety of outdoor games, swimming, educational arts and crafts and fitness-related fun for the little ones.
Tennis Camps (Ages 5-18)
Led by a dedicated and top-notch coaching staff, Arden Hills offers a variety of Tennis Camps perfect for the beginning player and also customized for aspiring young professional tennis players looking to improve their skills and level of play.
Art Camps (Ages 7-12)
From painting with watercolors to working with wood, Art Camp at Arden Hills will spark creativity, engagement, exploration and individual expression for interested youth.
