Add a Pinch of Cinnamon!

Cinnamon not only adds great flavor to an array of foods, it also has multiple benefits.  To start, cinnamon significantly lowers total cholesterol and triglycerides in addition to being a great source of manganese, dietary fiber, iron and calcium.   Further, various studies prove that the aromatics alone can improve memory and performance of certain tasks.  Incorporating cinnamon into your diet can be easy.  Start the morning off by adding a ½ teaspoon into your coffee and the same into your oatmeal.  Snack later by mixing it into peanut butter, or top your sweet potatoes or carrots with just a pinch!
