Makeup Trends: 2010

Matte Skin

A matte finish is the latest trend for founda­tion. Out is dewy skin and in is subtle cover­age with a matte finish. For more coverage, start with a light skin tint to even out skin tone, gently sweeping foundation over to set makeup and give it that matte finish.

Rosy/Peach Cheeks

Peach color and copper tones are setting the trend for this season. Very light blush colors over an all-over bronzer will set you up with a warm flushed glow.

Innocent Lips

Lips are taking a more nude/copper turn. Last year’s bold lip with red popping color is going more natural but not understated.
