Workout Wednesday Tip: In a Time Crunch?

If you are strapped for time and you cannot make it to the gym, try doing body weight exercises at home and during your favorite sitcom.  Commercials average 3-5 minutes.  That is the perfect amount of time to circuit in some squats, lunges and sit-ups.
