So I had my last workout with Adam from Arden Hills Country Club Resort and Spa last week both on air for our "Workout Wednesdays” on “Sacramento & Company" and personally as his vicitm, I mean trainee, at the club. Hopefully you were all following along at home watching and joining in on our weekly workouts and you have seen some great results as I have.

I gotta admit, even though I complained and moaned about how tough he was, I secretly miss his workouts!!! After each grueling session, while my legs were still shaking, I would go "cool down" with 20 minutes of cardio, and I would grab the closest pen and piece of paper I could find and write down every exercise we did like it was the secret recipe for KFC so I could try and recreate them at my "other gym". Now granted, that other gym does not have the wonderful amentities that Arden Hills does, but I did manage to scrounge up enough equipment this past weekend and attempt an "Adam Attia Special". If I do say so myself, I did pretty darn good, but I may have cheated and given myself a little bit more rest in between sets than he would have...not much...just enough to breathe!!!!

If you are thinking about joining Arden Hills, don't even hestiate. And if after you join, you find yourself in a rutt with your workout, head upstairs and find the good lookin' guy in the office that looks young enough to outlast you at the gym, but nice enough to make you feel like you're doing better than anyone ever has under his training. I promise you will not regret hiring him as your trainer and find yourself looking forward to his 30 minutes of pain :)

If you missed any of our segments on "Sacramento & Company", you can always find them online: http://www.sacandco.net/life/lifestyle/health_fitness.default.aspx .

Hopefully I will keep up with Adam's workouts and the next time you see me, I'll be in a little bit better shape!!
