Workout Wednesday Tip: Be Consistent!

Time of day is important when it comes to getting into shape.  Consistency on when you workout is key!  If you are a morning person, workout in the a.m.  If you are an evening person, workout in the p.m.  This trick will help your body adjust and hold itself accountable to a routine.
