Workout Wednesday Tip: Get a full body workout from your stroll in the park!

While taking a stroll in the park, use a park bench for tricep dips.  Try 3 sets of 15 to 20.  If the benches are a good height, try doing some simple step ups in between tricep dip sets.  This will allow your arms to rest while still keeping your heart rate up.
