Workout Wednesday Tip: Satisfy Your Sweet Tooth

The next time you have a sweet tooth, reach for a treat that will not only satisfy your craving, but increase your health!  Dark chocolate – not milk or white chocolate – has been shown to lower high blood pressure and contains antioxidants that tackle free radicals (destructive molecules that are implicated in heart disease and other ailments).  Chocolate bars and candies are often high in fat, sugar and calories, so be sure to indulge in moderation!
