People are becoming increasingly aware of the benefits that small meals provide. Instead of eating a measly breakfast, a lunch on the run and then a colossal dinner, work on distributing healthy meals evenly throughout your day.
By eating small meals every couple of hours, you will:
·Keep your metabolism running more efficiently.
·Avoid the crash and burn that comes with blood sugar levels dropping after not eating for hours on end and then overeating when the opportunity presents itself.
·Control your appetite. Knowing that you will be eating again in a couple of hours makes it less likely that you will feel like gorging yourself
