Workout Wednesday Tip: Take The Stairs!

Avoid all elevators for the next week.  If you have the option to use stairs, then use them!  You will burn an extra 250-300 calories per day by making this small change.  250 per day x 7 days in a week = 1,750 calories…which equals 1/2 a pound!

  1. Whip me into shape Adam!! I’m headed to Mexico in early August so I need to tone up my muscles and tighten a few key areas. The burpees killed me today but the squats were a breeze. I’m game for the next session!!!
